What is HYIP and How to Make Money with Them?

HYIP simply stands for High Yield Investment Program. These programs offer its members to make lucrative profit from their initial investments. However this might sound interesting to you and maybe you would like to try to invest and make some money you should know that most of HYIP programs are ponzi and scam sites.

Ponzi scheme is a system where the first investors are paid from later investments made by new members. This scheme is very unstable because it vitally depends only on the new members' investments. Once there is not enough new members and lot of old members trying to cashout this system is breaking down.

Some HYIP don’t even bother to pay any investors at all. Their only intention is to lure investors on very lucrative earnings and after that they just disappear with members' money.

Don’t trust HYIP they often proclaim to be honest and they like to present them as investors who are investing in some secret very profitable businesses. This is simple not true, they just want to look credible because they want to lure more money out of members.

However if you are still interesting to try making some money with HYIP there are few rules which you should follow to reduce the risk of being scammed.

1. Before you decide to invest in any HYIP do your research! There are many HYIP monitors who are daily monitoring most of HYIP and they warn readers which HYIP turning into scam and which are paying at the moment.

2. Don’t be greedy. Most of the members who join HYIP in early stage of HYIP existence and receive money from HYIP as promised are tempt to reinvest the money because they believe if they were paid once they will be paid again. This is really a big risk because most of HYIP scam suddenly over the night within first 2 weeks. So invest only once and than withdraw your earnings and do not reinvest!

3. Don’t rely on one HYIP. If you think HYIP investment seriously don’t invest big money in one place. Divide your money among several most promising HYIP (do the research!). This way you will minimize the potential looses.

4. If the returns sound too good to be true, than it is probably scam. Some HYIP are scam from the beginning, they do not pay any members. They usually promise you even better profit than most of HYIP offers.

I really do not recommend anybody to invest in HYIP. You might be lucky and earn few bucks at the beginning but in long term you will be most likely scammed and loose your investments.
